• Acceptable Use Policy Version 1.0 · effective 27 July 2026 Genuine requests, genuine parts, genuine quotes. Everything else gets warned, blocked or suspended.
• Data Deletion Policy Version 1.0 · effective 27 July 2026 How to ask us to delete your account and data, how long it takes, and the records law requires us to keep.
• Refund and Credits Policy Version 1.0 · effective 27 July 2026 Unused credits are refundable within 7 days. Spent credits are not — except when the unlock was our fault.
